Our Media Team Nubank is a technology company that is redefining the standards of the financial services industry in Mexico.
The media team is responsible for Nubank's media strategy, tactics, and implementation, from upper to lower funnel, considering the best channels for each business and communications goal, based on data and creativity.
Media Analyst Responsibilities Media plan elaboration and execution Campaign investment management Performance & insights reports Analysis on consumer traffic & audience behavior Results and performance tracking Find measurement opportunities to improve campaign performance Work closely with marketing & analytics team to review advertising efforts and point out strengths and weaknesses in media campaigns Keep up-to-date with advertising trends and the media industry Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities 3-5 years of experience with paid campaigns focused on both branding & performance; digital platform operations are mandatory, while offline is desirable. High understanding of brand solutions with major platforms such as Google, Meta, and TikTok, including top-class creative, optimization & audience perspective. 3-5 years of experience with campaign planning, monitoring & performance reports. Experience with analytics & audience management tools considering attribution models, 1st, 2nd & 3rd party data. Negotiation skills. Advanced English proficiency.
