Overview: Premier Medical Associates (PMA) is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Specialist/Administrative Assistant to support and lead various marketing initiatives across multiple industries. This role will primarily focus on creating comprehensive social media plans for a primary care practice, a dermatology practice, and more. You will collaborate with our graphic designer and the Vice President of Marketing to develop year-long strategies for all platforms. Additionally, you will occasionally serve as a spokesperson in videos, create newsletters, and innovate new digital marketing initiatives. You will also assist the Vice President of Marketing by organizing meetings, interviews, and projects. Duties: Develop and implement social media plans tailored for a primary care practice, a dermatology practice, and more. Collaborate with the graphic designer to create engaging and relevant content. Work closely with the Vice President of Marketing to strategize annual marketing plans across all platforms. Create and feature in promotional videos as a spokesperson for the companies. Design and distribute newsletters to maintain consistent communication with clients and stakeholders. Innovate and implement new digital marketing initiatives to enhance online presence and engagement. Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth. Write compelling copy for various marketing materials to ensure consistent and effective messaging. Assist the Vice President of Marketing by organizing meetings, interviews, and managing projects. Skills: Proficiency in social media management and content creation. Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools. Excellent copywriting and communication skills. Experience in video production and presentation. Familiarity with SEO best practices to optimize content for search engines. Ability to work collaboratively with a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
