If this opportunity sounds good to you, send us your resume! About you: As an Ad Operations Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Digital Marketing team on client account work. You will receive comprehensive training on leading digital marketing platforms, such as Meta and Google. Your responsibilities will encompass projects including executing campaign builds, generating data reports, and conducting strategic analyses to enhance campaign performance.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Data Pulls (for reporting & one-off analysis needs, recaps, etc.) Data Cleaning & Formatting Budget Pacing Reporting Budget Pacing Checks Budget Pacing Platform Edits Campaign Health Checks Account Alert Checks Deck Formatting Ad builds & blowouts into campaigns Campaign builds Analysis (campaign analysis, simple analysis, etc.) Research Top performing insights (creative, audience, etc.) Simple Deck work (building slides, putting together callouts, etc.) Partner/Internal email comms - would need team approval prior to doing this Note-taking on calls - would need team approval to join external calls, should take notes on internal calls Requirements: Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience Desire to work in a deadline-oriented environment Full professional proficiency of the English language and strong communication skills 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing in multiple channels (e.g., social media, search, display, email, etc.) Experience working on digital marketing platforms: Meta, Snapchat, Pinterest, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, TheTradeDesk, DV360 Strong strategic and analytical thinking, with attention to detail Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, etc. Storytelling ability to translate data into actionable insights Fluency in English is required Salary Range: $1500 - $2500 USD per month
