Marketing Specialist SEO - LATAM
Compensation : $1000-2000 / month (depending on experience)
Holidays : USA and Local
Working Hours : 8 hours shift. It can be flexible; we just need them to have at least 4 hours that overlap with the client to align and have meetings.
We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to join our team to lead internal and client-facing marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B tech marketing and expertise in using popular marketing tools to drive growth and engagement.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement marketing strategies for the company and its clients.
- Lead SEO initiatives, including :
- Keyword research
- SEO migrations
- URL structure mapping
- 301 redirect plans
- XML sitemaps
- Internal linking
- SEO audits
- Keyword strategy and optimization
- Technical SEO maintenance
- Reporting and analytics
- Utilize GA4, Google Tag Manager, HubSpot, and other marketing tools for campaign management and optimization.
- Create and manage content strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to refine marketing strategies and report on ROI.
Qualifications
- B2 English level, conversational and written.
- Proven experience in marketing, particularly with B2B tech companies .
- Expertise in GA4, Google Tag Manager, HubSpot, and other marketing tools.
- Strong SEO skills with expertise in technical SEO and on-page / off-page optimization.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making ability.
