Marketing Specialist

Responsabilities : Define the product strategy and roadmap for the targeted market segments. Support and facilitate development and implementation of marketing plans.

Oversee corporate communication tactics, through external / internal communications, public relation efforts, external vendors and consultants.

Develop the core positioning and messaging for the product. Develop product tiers and elasticity within the product line to span competitive offerings.

Recommend pricing to meet revenue and profitability goals. Plan and propose an overall budget to ensure success. Plan and build key working relationships with luminaries and influential customers.

Organize and implement client-relation enhancement program including :
client satisfaction survey, client development activities, client skills training, etc.

Market research and analysis. Be an expert with respect to the competition in the target segments. Manage production and distribution of marketing materials including promotional literature, graphics and signage, as appropriate for different media channels.

Develop and administer marketing database. 2. Sales Support : Work closely with the sales and marketing management to assure product development and distribution goals are congruent.

Work with engineering team to develop and optimize product attributes to achieve maximum customer preference in targeted segments.

Design and plan quarterly sales / marketing seminars for regional staff. Perform product presentation in exhibitions, seminars, congresses, workshops, etc.

Work with the sales team to access partnerships and licensing opportunities. 3. Product Training : Brief and train the sales force on periodic basis.


Train clinical application specialists among the Company's distributors for better product demo to end users. Requiriments : -Biomedical Engineer, Electronical Engineer -Marketing Specialization desirable -5 years of experience in medical devices or companies medical devices related, hospitals -Experience managing marketing events, marketing areas, key Opninion leaders. -English : advanced level
