Job Description We are seeking a creative and versatile Marketing Specialist to join our team. Content Strategy and Creation: Develop and execute content strategies aligned with the company's marketing objectives. Create creative and engaging content for digital platforms (social media, blog, website), including recording and editing videos using mobile phones. Write compelling copy and adapt content to Horatio's tone. Manage the production of visual content (videos, graphics, images, photos) using editing tools such as CapCut, Premiere, Canva, and mobile applications. Create content calendars and manage their implementation. Conduct competitor analysis and market trends. Social Media Management: Develop and execute social media strategies to increase engagement and reach. Be the face of the brand on social media, creating authentic content and connecting with our audience. Monitor and analyze social media metrics to optimize campaigns. Interact with our audience. Analytics and Reporting: Create reports on social media content performance. Conduct data analysis to identify improvement opportunities. Manage marketing budgets and track expenses. Audiovisual Production: Record and edit videos using professional audiovisual equipment. Create visually appealing content for various platforms. Collaboration: Work closely with other teams (sales, design, etc.) to achieve company objectives. Willingness to collaborate on internal and external communication events. Provide support in brand activations. Cooperate with other departments with resources and visual materials for events or activities.
