Marketing Operations & Strategy Manager (B2B)

We are seeking a highly strategic and operational professional with proven experience in B2B digital marketing to lead the planning, execution, and supervision of marketing projects. This role will serve as a key liaison for coordinating internal and external initiatives, ensuring measurable results that directly contribute to business growth.
Key Responsibilities: Design digital marketing strategies aligned with our business objectives.Prioritize key activities such as email marketing, social media, paid ads, SEO, and SEM.Oversee key projects, including the creation of a new website, dashboard development, and digital campaigns.Lead and optimize email marketing campaigns, social media efforts, and paid advertising.Collaborate on the creation of engaging and persuasive content for various communication channels.Implement and maintain basic dashboards to measure campaign performance.Act as the right hand of the marketing leader, ensuring smooth coordination with other teams and vendors.Profile Requirements: At least 5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in B2B environments.Proficiency with tools such as HubSpot, Google Ads, Looker Studio, among others.Ability to lead strategies and execute operationally.Languages: English proficiency (C1)Plus (but not required): Experience with clients in fields such as security, cybersecurity, consulting, risk, insurance, government, and/or law enforcement.
