The Marketing Operations Specialist will play a critical role in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our marketing processes.
This position supports our team by optimizing our marketing technology stack, ensuring data accuracy, and executing marketing operations to support growth objectives.
The ideal candidate has a background in marketing operations, strong technical skills, and is data-driven, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities: Manage Marketing Technology Stack : Oversee our marketing tech tools, identifying new technologies and managing current systems to align with strategic goals.
Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner with various teams to develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
Optimize Marketing Workflows : Design and implement streamlined marketing workflows to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
Data-Driven Insights : Use data analytics to inform decision-making, optimize campaign performance, and establish reporting mechanisms.
Data Integrity Maintenance : Conduct audits, cleanse data, and perform augmentation, transformation, and normalization tasks to ensure data quality.
System Integrations : Facilitate seamless data integration between systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), resolving integration issues as they arise.
Campaign Development : Implement marketing strategies in HubSpot, including lead scoring, multi-touch nurturing, segmentation, and email automation.
Campaign Support : Assist in the planning, execution, and tracking of marketing campaigns, including nurturing and email journeys.
Documentation Creation : Develop and maintain accurate documentation for all processes, system configurations, and standard operating procedures.
Project Management : Oversee multiple projects to support marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment across teams.
Requirements Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field Experience in marketing operations, preferably in a B2B tech environment Proficiency in marketing automation (HubSpot) and CRM systems (Salesforce) Advanced Excel skills and strong data analysis capabilities; familiarity with Power BI or Looker Studio is a plus Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively Passion for marketing technology and keeping up with industry trends Proficient in English (C1-C2 level) Benefits Benefits: Being part of our company comes with perks to enhance work-life balance, including remote and flexible work options.
