Responsibilities: Develop and implement a strategic marketing plan that aligns with the company's short-term and long-term objectives, specifically targeting the acquisition of large clients in the cosmetics and skincare industry. Collaborate closely with the CEO to refine the marketing strategy based on company goals and market dynamics, ensuring that all efforts contribute to scaling the business. Lead, mentor, and coordinate the efforts of the marketing team (web design, SEO, lead generation) to create innovative campaigns that enhance brand visibility and drive lead generation. Analyze market trends, identify new opportunities, and continuously refine marketing tactics to improve performance and maximize client acquisition potential. Monitor key marketing metrics, ensuring that marketing initiatives consistently exceed expectations and contribute to company profitability and growth. Establish relationships with key industry players, leveraging networking opportunities and strategic partnerships to expand the client base. Report regularly to the CEO on the effectiveness of marketing efforts, adjusting strategies to ensure a constant pipeline of large, high-value clients. Design and implement Google Adwords to reach a large leads prospect clients for the company. Increase the company's market presence and reputation by collaborating with the CEO to design and execute strategic initiatives, including partnerships with top media channels and influential industry platforms. Skills, Knowledge and Experience: Demonstrated 5+ years experience in the relevant field. Ability to lead a team and project management skills. Able to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive business growth and attract high-value clients, preferably in the cosmetics or skincare industry. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor and guide a diverse team of web designers, SEO specialists, and lead generation experts. Experience in building brand reputation and market presence through strategic partnerships with media channels, influencers, and industry platforms. Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to track and measure key marketing metrics and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI and client acquisition. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present marketing strategies and results to senior leadership. Ability to identify and capitalize on market trends and new opportunities to ensure continuous business growth. Experience with digital marketing, including SEO, PPC, and social media marketing, with a focus on lead generation and conversion.
