Marketing Manager LATAM We are now looking for a Marketing Manager LATAM who is passionate about people and building relationships, and an expert within marketing, to join our team. You will be working alongside our current Marketing Manager for Spain and LATAM, who needs extra support due to the amazing growth of the region during these past two years. The idea is to be her Co-pilot in order to become the Pilot of your own plane in the future. Our goal is to create happy users and have the mindset of always wowing our users. That's why we're searching for an individual who has a passion for providing our customers and users with a world-class experience. You will help over 10,000 clients reach out with their job vacancies and find the right candidates! In other words, you will build relationships and trust with our users and will be responsible for planning, creating, and implementing regional marketing initiatives such as content creation, events, webinars, and campaigns, among other things. In this role, you'll be part of a dynamic marketing team of 8 Marketing Managers, alongside a Creative Director, a Localization Manager, and a Website Developer. This is a hands-on role with a strong focus on field marketing, content creation, and organic brand-building initiatives. You'll be responsible for driving impactful marketing strategies that engage and connect with our audience, but don't worry about the paid performance marketing—this is managed by our external agency. You will work closely with the LATAM team in Sales, Partnership, Success, and Support. You will play a crucial role in building a strong local presence and a loved local brand for our success in LATAM. This position will be based in Bogotá, Colombia. Your key responsibilities will be to: Help discover, plan, and execute on new marketing opportunities in the LATAM market within our ICPs, in addition to the broader HR-tech space. Define and develop branding, content, events and webinars, campaigns in line with strategy for your market. Map and search for data and information that contribute to generating insights for the local market. Collaborate with various internal stakeholders such as marketing, sales, partnership, and third-party suppliers such as copywriters, animators, and videographers. Plan and manage goals, activities, and KPIs and follow up with tracking through Salesforce and Google Analytics. We believe that you: Have 3-5 years of prior experience in Marketing B2B; a plus if you have experience from the SaaS industry. Are proactive with a strong 'doer' attitude, always ready to take initiative and drive results. Are solution-oriented, have work structure, good time management, and multitasking skills. Are analytical, tech-savvy, and data-driven. Are creative and think outside the box. Can work independently and are comfortable working with tools like Notion, Excel/Sheets, Canva, and Salesforce. Are curious to truly understand our product (to the core) and our business. Are an exceptional communicator and collaborator and speak fluent English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
