Position Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Marketing Specialist to manage lead engagement, business development, and marketing efforts.
This role is integral to ensuring efficiency and effectiveness across both businesses, acting as a "quarterback" for lead management and spearheading marketing initiatives.
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a creative approach to marketing, and proficiency in CRM platforms.
Key Responsibilities: Lead Management - Utilize the Follow Up Boss CRM platform to categorize leads, organize campaigns, and maintain engagement Contact new leads to schedule showings and support field agents.
Send end-of-week reports summarizing activities, listing open items, and outlining next steps.
Provide weekly updates to clients detailing activity on their listings.
Maintain and update property listings for accuracy Business Development and Marketing - Research and pitch brokerage services to local property owners/operators.
Create weekly newsletters and email campaigns showcasing new listings and activities.
Manage social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn, to build an online presence.
Research and engage local property owners/operators to promote construction services.
Develop marketing materials, including brochures with before-and-after project photos.
Assist with website design and new initiative launches, such as gutter cleaning and snow removal.
Qualifications: Experience: Background in marketing, business development, or real estate support roles.
Skills: Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a preference for minimal accent in English.
Technical Tools: Proficiency with CRM platforms (Follow Up Boss is a plus) and social media management tools.
Attributes: Creative, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
