Location: Fully remote ( Work from home), 9 AM - 5 PM EST Key Responsibilities: Creative Briefs: Develop and create comprehensive creative briefs that outline marketing strategies and goals, ensuring alignment with the company's objectives. HubSpot Automation & Lead Management: Be the in-house expert on HubSpot, responsible for setting up automation workflows, lead nurturing sequences, and integrating HubSpot with Pipedrive to seamlessly transition qualified leads into the sales pipeline. Collaborative Marketing Strategy: Partner with our design team to craft and implement marketing strategies that drive inbound traffic and improve lead quality. Create comprehensive creative briefs that outline campaign goals, ensuring alignment with the company's vision and mission. Social Media Engagement: Own and manage our social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others. Post regularly, actively engage with our audience, respond to relevant posts, and grow our community. Create a vibrant, engaged audience that interacts with our brand. Marketing Automation & Integration: Drive the integration between HubSpot, Pipedrive, Slack, and Asana. Once leads are qualified as opportunities, shift them into Pipedrive. Upon sales completion, trigger notifications in Slack and ensure a smooth handoff to the Customer Success team in Asana. Data-Driven Marketing: Develop tracking and reporting mechanisms to monitor the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. Track Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), lead generation, conversion metrics, and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to leadership and investors. Newsletter & Content Management: Lead the creation and distribution of the monthly newsletter, ensuring alignment with broader marketing efforts and driving engagement with the audience. SEO & Market Research: Apply SEO best practices to enhance website visibility and optimize content. Conduct market research to stay ahead of trends and ensure marketing strategies are competitive and effective. Leadership in Marketing: Be proactive in identifying new opportunities for growth and engagement. Bring new marketing ideas to the table to ensure we stay ahead of the curve in our industry. Qualifications: Experience: 2+ years in a marketing management role, with a focus on digital marketing and lead management. Fluent English: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. HubSpot Proficiency: Proficient in managing inbound leads and tracking marketing performance using HubSpot. SEO Knowledge: Strong understanding of SEO best practices to enhance website visibility and improve organic traffic. Proactive Mindset: Self-sufficient and proactive in taking initiative to drive marketing strategies and enhance brand presence. HubSpot Mastery: Extensive experience with HubSpot, capable of building and managing complex marketing workflows and lead nurturing sequences. Knowledge of HubSpot integration with Pipedrive, Slack, and Asana. Social Media Proficiency: Expertise in managing social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn), engaging with audiences, and growing followers. Marketing Automation Experience: Proven ability to create and execute marketing automation strategies that nurture leads and drive inbound traffic. Data-Driven Marketer: Ability to track key marketing metrics like CAC, conversion rates, and ROI to improve performance. Creative & Strategic Thinker: Ability to take initiative and suggest new strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
