Marketing Manager

Room4 Media is a creative agency specializing in creating impactful marketing content, campaigns, and interactive experiences that connect deeply with audiences. We are seeking a proactive and hands-on Marketing Manager to lead our marketing and commercial strategies. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B marketing, with a strong focus on positioning services and creative solutions. Experience in the creative services industry is a plus. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for attracting new business, aligning Room4 Media with our buyer personas, and driving our brand's growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement marketing and commercial strategies to position Room4 Media effectively.


- Manage and execute marketing campaigns across digital and social media platforms.

- Attract new business and strengthen Room4 Media's market presence.

- Collaborate with creative teams to produce innovative marketing content.

- Utilize data-driven insights to refine marketing campaigns and ensure alignment with customer needs.

- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to keep Room4 Media at the forefront of the market.

Requirements:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the services or creative industries.

- Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing strategies.

- Strong understanding of customer-centric marketing and buyer personas.

- Excellent written and spoken English skills.

- Ability to work effectively with creative professionals and manage multiple projects.

All candidates need to be able to present proof of their marketing track record during their first interview. Interviews will be held in both Spanish and English.
