As a Marketing Manager, you will be developing and coordinating marketing actions that will drive new users to register at Betsson Colombia. Alongside our in-house and local teams, you will be the main point of contact ensuring KPI and targets are being met, acquisition is growing, and we get the best visibility, promotions, and placements. What is in it for me
The main responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Develop the strategies required to acquire new depositing customers. You are all about optimizing campaigns on biddable channels, A/B testing, and driving performance.
- Design a brand strategy that supports the growth methodologies applied on performance channels.
- Ensure the correct execution of marketing campaigns aimed primarily at driving new users and secondarily at awareness.
- Manage supplier relationships, sponsorship, negotiations, and onboarding processes (contract and payment).
- Manage PR relationships and develop events that drive brand awareness in the market.
You are good at:
- Acquiring new users. You live for lowering CPAs and implementing methodologies that generate efficiencies with our resources.
- Experience managing large budgets balancing acquisition vs brand.
- Experience in Digital Marketing B2C segmentation.
- Knowledge of multiple marketing channels from TV to online, proven experience in managing marketing planning and campaigns.
- Knowledge of Content marketing, proven track record in social or unconventional marketing campaigns is a plus.
- Creative mindset and ability to read data and analytics.
- Knowledge of the Colombian digital market, social trends, technology, and innovation.
- Must be fluent in English and Spanish.
A flavour of what you'll be doing
Your key metric will be new customers. You will own the customer acquisition and onboarding journeys for Argentina, responsible for key digital metrics such as site visits, bounce rates, registrations, and site conversions.
You will be the link between the Argentina team based in Buenos Aires and the central hubs in Bogota and Malta.
You will support the country manager in the execution and deployment of the quarterly marketing budget, as well as managing local marketing agencies and central marketing teams.
Assisting the central PPC and programmatic teams with Argentina copywriting for ad copy.
Cooperate with central teams to ensure a 360 approach to campaigns.
Copywriting for external banners, programmatic, and campaigns.
Update and optimize site content on a day-to-day basis.
Setting up and reporting on A/B tests for various marketing channels.
Reporting on various channels on a quarterly and yearly basis.
