Objetivo : Implementar planes y procesos de gestión de producto/marca asociados con un producto o línea de productos en todas las etapas de su ciclo de vida para maximizar el atractivo del producto/marca para los clientes objetivo. Implementar planes de Gestión de Producto/Marca para empaque de productos, desarrollo de muestras y prototipos. Coordinar con el equipo para monitorear el desempeño del producto y dirigir los ajustes del producto y/o marketing. Responsabilidades : •Gestionar el ciclo de vida de los productos, definiendo estrategias de desarrollo para las marcas. •Ejecución de las actividades de marketing regional canal retail y canal institucional •Gestión de Patrocinios y eventos propios. •Generación de contenido y materiales para entrenamiento y conocimiento de los productos a los diferentes stakeholder en sinergia con el área medica. •Coordinación de entrenamientos a nivel nacional •Ejecución de las actividades dirigidas a canal Retail y canal institucional. •Liderar la agencia de eventos y la agencia creativa. •Generación de informes de mercados IIM DDD PBS. •Seguimiento a proveedores. Perfil : Buscamos profesional en carreras administrativas, ingeniería, mercadeo, o carreras a fines. Excel avanzado, manejo de DDD, Close up, Mipres, PBS. Especialización en Mercadeo Mínimo 2 años de experiencia en puestos similares en mercados de medicamentos farmacueticos. : Orientación al logro, orientación al cliente, análisis numérico, trabajo en equipo, análisis y solución de problemas, tolerancia a la presión, pensamiento estratégico, planeación y organización, creatividad e innovación y relaciones interpersonales.
