Position Overview: The Marketing Coordinator will be a key member of our team, supporting the execution of our marketing strategies.
This role involves involvement in analysis, growth, and decision-making.
The coordinator will gain exposure across all aspects of the business, including strategy, site and product performance, market research, and creative ideation.
Reporting to the Head of Growth, the Marketing Coordinator will collaborate closely with cross-functional partners, including the CEO, Operation Manager, and external partners and contractors.
Key Responsibilities: Marketing Strategy Execution: Partner with the Head of Growth to execute marketing strategies.
Identify creative opportunities within paid media campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok) and email (Klaviyo).
Campaign Analysis: Specialize in campaign analysis, reporting, optimization, and budgeting based on data.
Assist in developing creative briefs with recommended strategies.
Market Research: Conduct robust competitive research (product, social channels, website experience) and develop actionable market insights.
Analyze site performance using data to inform insights on optimal paths to conversion.
Qualifications: 1-3 years of experience in marketing or a related field.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or similar field.
Interest in entrepreneurial, fast-paced, business development.
Knowledge of marketing and paid media channels (Paid Social, Paid Search, and Email).
Familiarity with e-commerce metrics as related to marketing impact.
Proficiency with tools and platforms such as Google Sheets, Notion, Shopify, and Google Analytics.
Self-motivated team player with excellent communication and organizational skills.
Nice-to-Haves: Experience working in the same time zone.
History of working on Meta Ads, Influencer Campaigns, and Email Marketing.
