Job Description JOB SUMMARY: The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for the development of the category following the allocation of current and new clients through NPDs or NBDS.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES: Map the different market opportunities within the category.
NPDs: Understand the Brief of each project with the Category Leader and support the strategic concept for the project's development: trends, benchmark, analysis of market information, and analysis of the brand using the Business Intelligence data. Prepare the value proposal that meets the needs of the Brief with the direction of the Category Leader.
Coordinate and develop the ideation stage for the complete packaging proposals hand in hand with the design team.
Identify and develop new opportunities for each category according to market trends and applied to local needs.
Permanent reporting and coordination on the status of the project monitoring tool (C4C) with Category Leader guidelines and with those responsible for the projects.
Close coordination with the different functional and process areas of the company for adequate monitoring of the progress of their projects (Marketing, Sales, Design mainly).
Mapping and analysis of the competition through secondary and primary information tools.
Ability to generate comprehensive proposals to customers in terms of marketing, communication, secondary packaging, and channel, for a successful product launch Presentation of proposals to clients: Coordinated and accompanied by the Category Leader.
Support countries for specific themes or categories and other fairs, and events across categories.
Qualifications BACKGROUND AND QUALIFICATIONS The Marketing Coordinator should have: Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, marketing, or relevant fields.
+3 years of experience in marketing, gathering, integrating, analyzing, and visualizing intelligence from multiple sources.
+1 years of experience integrating insights and data analysis (Nielsen) Experience with visualization tools such as Power BI is required.
Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills and ability to run basic statistical analyses and display creativity to turn large data sets into compelling visual reports.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (C1).
Qualifications: Natural curiosity and a passion for storytelling and insights High level of motivation and ability to work independently.
Excellent communication and presentation skills Strong data analysis skills.
Flexible and organized work style to manage multiple projects simultaneously; ability to adapt in a fast-changing environment.
