Summary This role will support the efforts through strategic management of social media, event marketing, and campaigns that reflect AMAROK's mission and brand. We are looking for a dynamic team player that will capitalize on current trends to contribute to our growth. Through this position, we seek to build awareness, increase engagement, and drive leads. In addition to a creative mind and digital expertise, we are seeking someone who takes direction and feedback well, understands the importance of storytelling, and is passionate about the field of marketing. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Plan and manage trade shows, conferences, events, and meetings by identifying, coordinating, and assembling requirements, developing assignments and schedules, coordinating mailing lists, and establishing contacts. Support the maintenance and development of internal tools, including marketing automation, CMS, email signatures, and intranet sites. Use social media marketing tools to create and maintain the company's brand. Research social media trends and inform management of changes that are relevant to the company's marketing activities. Maintain email marketing best practices and lead the effort in our monthly newsletter and other email marketing projects. Manage our corporate associations memberships and relationships. Supervise the execution, monitoring, and measurement of marketing campaigns and their success. Qualifications: Strong written and verbal communication skills to articulate clearly with various departments including graphic design, public relations, and advertising, as well as vendors, contractors, and freelancers. Project management experience and time-management skills for juggling numerous time-sensitive projects simultaneously. Familiarity with project management software is also an asset. Good computer skills for generating reports, viewing marketing metrics, extracting data, and sharing this information with other team members in project updates. Working knowledge of basic computer applications, programs, and features is a must, with experience in web page development or graphic design being very helpful. Why AMAROK?
