What You Will Do Provide high quality and proactive financial support to Marketing structure, maximizing financial outcomes through business partnering.
Key Responsibilities Monitoring/analyzing business performanceProvide financial modelling for investment proposals and plans, including modelling scenarios for categories/brands, as well as provide recommendations and action plans.Develop strong collaborative relationships with key stakeholders in Marketing and Finance teamsPartnering with business team to develop business casesFacilitating financial review meetings with multiple marketing people and leadershipIdentify growth opportunities, influence business partners and drive effective decision makingAnalyze financial viability of investments, mainly GP and ROIProvide recommendations to improve Category/Brand Profitability.Be an active member of the Finance team and work closely alongside other team members to ensure accurate and robust P&LEnsure the necessary orientation and mindset in/out Finance to leverage our Compliance environment.What We Are Looking For Required Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields.Experience: Minimum of 4 year of experience in financial areas.Knowledge: Basic understanding of financial principles.Attention to Detail: Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.Results-Oriented: Results-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.Desired Qualifications Intermediate proficiency in EnglishExperience with ExcelWhat's In It For You Paid Company Holidays, Paid Vacation, Volunteer Time, Summer Fridays & More!Learning & Development OpportunitiesEmployee Resource GroupsKenvue is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
