Key Responsibilities: Assist in Project Management and Ensure Timely Delivery of Marketing Campaigns Coordinate Campaign Timelines: Work closely with project managers and marketing teams to create detailed schedules for marketing initiatives, ensuring all deadlines are met. Track Progress: Monitor the progress of ongoing projects, identifying potential roadblocks and proactively addressing them to keep campaigns on track. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive records of campaign activities and milestones, providing regular updates to stakeholders and contributing to project evaluation. Manage and Curate Content for Social Media Platforms Content Planning: Develop and implement a content calendar that aligns with overall marketing strategies, ensuring a consistent and engaging brand voice across platforms. Engagement Strategy: Actively engage with followers by responding to comments and messages, fostering a sense of community and enhancing brand loyalty. Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on social media trends and best practices, integrating innovative ideas into content strategies to boost audience engagement. Analyze Campaign Performance and Provide Insights for Improvement Data Collection and Analysis: Utilize analytics tools to gather data on campaign performance metrics, such as engagement rates, conversion rates, and ROI. Reporting Insights: Prepare clear and actionable reports that highlight key findings, trends, and areas for improvement, presenting these insights to the marketing team. Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with team members to brainstorm and implement adjustments to campaigns based on performance data, optimizing future marketing efforts. Collaborate with Creative Teams to Develop Compelling Marketing Materials Creative Brief Development: Assist in creating detailed briefs that outline the objectives, target audience, and desired outcomes for marketing materials. Feedback and Revisions: Provide constructive feedback on creative assets, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and campaign goals while collaborating with designers and content creators. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various departments, including design, sales, and product teams, to ensure that all marketing materials effectively communicate key messages and support overall business objectives. Requirements: Experience working in a NGO (whether local or international) Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. 3-5 years of experience in project and social media management.
