Schedule : 40 hours per week Monday to Friday, 8AM to 5PM Pleasant Hill, CA Time (11 PM to 8 AM Manila Time) Includes 1 hour unpaid break Client timezone : Pleasant Hill, CA Client Overview We are seeking to strengthen our marketing efforts, improve brand visibility, and drive sales leads through various marketing channels. We focus on digital marketing activities to attract potential clients and maintain brand consistency across all platforms. We value creativity, organization, and collaboration across departments to enhance marketing performance. We are looking for a professional who can assist in daily marketing tasks, content creation, data analysis, and CRM management. Responsibilities Perform online competitor research and analysis. Provide assistance in general admin and marketing of the client's Shopify store. Collect data, organize, and provide regular reporting on marketing activities and success metrics. Create social media content and manage the company's social media pages. Draft copy for email campaigns. Work with the marketing manager to draft website copy for landing pages. Send email follow-ups to sales leads. Manage leads in the company's CRM. Assist with the coordination of marketing events and promotions. Collaborate with other departments to ensure brand consistency and timely response to concerns. Requirements 3+ years experience in digital marketing or as a marketing assistant. Proficient in the Shopify platform. High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Basic graphic design and video editing skills to create social media and website content. Experience in email marketing is an advantage.
