Job Description This is a remote position.
Schedule: Monday - Friday Flexible working hours, but consistent schedule preferred.
8 hours per day with 1 hour unpaid lunch break.
The role will involve: Creating and formatting PowerPoint presentations Heavy use of Canva or similar design tools Conducting market research, particularly in the oil and gas sector Writing short-form content for customer marketing Managing and manipulating data using Excel Assisting with document preparation, including flyers and white papers Managing your company's presence on tech solution hub pages Responsibilities : Create and format high-quality PowerPoint presentations using provided content Draft short-form content for customer marketing and assist with social media posts Manage and analyze data using Excel spreadsheets Assist in the preparation of flyers and white papers, including proofreading Manage the company's presence on tech solution hub pages Conduct market research, particularly in the oil and gas sector, and provide concise summaries Support executive-level communications and scheduling Assist the executive if finding the most efficient way to achieve objectives Requirements Strong attention to detail is of top importance Proven experience as a Marketing Assistant, preferably in a tech or energy-related field Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially PowerPoint, Word and Excel Advanced proficiency in with design tools like Canva is a plus Ability to review information in past and current marketing material and understand the key points that need to be conveyed.
