Your Role at a Glance Employment Type: Indefinite Term Contract Shift: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm CST Work Setup: Remote Make an Impact, One Task at a Time Content Creation & Optimization: Craft daily, SEO-optimized articles and work closely with the content writer to refine and publish. Content Distribution: Consistently post across social platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, and Google My Business. Infographics & Visual Content: Design infographics and visuals about team updates and firm activities using Canva. Newsletter Management: Format and distribute bi-weekly newsletters, ensuring high engagement and brand presence. Business Development Support: Identify engagement opportunities and manage submissions for awards, podcasts, and publications, working alongside our attorneys. Content Metrics & Strategy: Track engagement and use data to improve content strategies. Video Editing: Edit podcasts and videos for publication (preferred but not required). Ad-Hoc Marketing Tasks: Offer support for research and campaign coordination as needed. Requirements Proven experience in content creation, SEO, and digital marketing. Familiarity with social media management and content scheduling tools. Proficient in Canva for creating engaging visuals. Strong writing and editing skills for articles, blogs, and newsletters. Excellent organizational abilities and deadline-driven. Experience with email marketing platforms and newsletter distribution. Preferred: Video editing skills for podcast content. Bilingual (Spanish/English) highly preferred. Education: Marketing or related field. Tech Stack: Photoshop, WordPress, Canva.
