Role Overview : The VP of Marketing and Growth is astrategic executive role responsible for leading the company'sgrowth strategy and ensuring alignment between product marketing,branding, and revenue objectives.

This role manages two distinctaudiences homeowners (sellers) and real estate investors byoverseeing the strategy behind lead generation, customerexperience, and conversion optimization across both segments.

Inthis role, you will be responsible for creating, executing, andcontinuously refining the entire customer journey, from initiallead generation to transaction closure.

You will also manage theproduct strategy behind all marketing operations, budgeting, andreporting, ensuring that all marketing initiatives are in line withthe company's revenue goals.

The VP of Marketing and Growthcollaborates closely with the sales, tech, and product teams,aligning efforts to improve platform functionality, CRM automation,and user experience across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities : 1.
Strategic Leadership & Growth - Develop and execute acomprehensive marketing and growth strategy aimed at maximizinglead generation and improving conversion rates for both seller andinvestor audiences.

- Lead the product-marketing strategy, ensuringcampaigns, branding, and platform experiences are aligned withrevenue growth targets.
- Provide creative and strategic directionfor all marketing initiatives, including customer journeys, paidand organic campaigns, social media, SEO, and content marketing.
- Ensure alignment with sales and product teams to improve leadacquisition, customer engagement, and overall conversion across thecompany's funnel.
- Drive innovation within the marketingdepartment, developing new marketing channels, optimizing themarketing budget, and improving return on investment (ROI) and(CAC) customer acquisition cost.

Customer Experience ? Strategy - Oversee the design, strategy, and implementationof the entire customer journey for both sellers and investors fromlead generation to transaction close.

- Lead the creation of userexperiences and customer touchpoints, including the design andexecution of website landing pages, pre-qualification forms, andCRM automations that drive conversions.
- Collaborate with the techteam to ensure CRM systems and platform functionality are alignedwith growth objectives, following up on development, testing, andapproval of all platform enhancements.
- Ensure continuousoptimization of the CRM journey, working on segmentation, leadnurturing, and data accuracy to ensure the smooth flow of leadsthrough the pipeline.
- Innovate and refine the customer journeybased on performance data,
ensuring a personalized and effectiveapproach to both sellers and investors.

3. CRM Management Analysis - Lead and manage CRM systems (Zoho, HubSpot),ensuring accurate data management, segmentation, and lead trackingacross all stages of the customer journey.

- Oversee the automationof email, SMS, and campaign sequences to improve lead nurturing,tracking, and follow-up. - Conduct CRM audits, ensuring that thedata structure supports seamless decision-making for the marketingand sales teams.
- Own the CRM journey, ensuring it is fullyintegrated into marketing and sales operations, allowing forreal-time updates and visibility on lead progression and customerinteractions.
- Collaborate with the tech team to implement CRMintegrations that streamline data flow between departments, improvecustomer insights, and optimize performance.

Lead Generation,Campaign Management, & Conversion Optimization - Lead thecreation and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns acrosspaid media, organic, partnerships, and social media, focusing onlead generation for both seller and investor audiences.

- ImplementAI-driven initiatives to improve lead qualification and increasecustomer interactions, driving higher conversion rates.
- Optimizeall lead generation channels, focusing on campaign performance,ROI, and alignment with revenue goals. - Continuously analyzecampaign data and adjust strategies to improve the lead-to-dealconversion rate, ensuring that all touchpoints are optimized forengagement.
- Manage partnerships with external platforms, ensuringhigh-quality lead acquisition and improved performance acrossthird-party channels.

5. Branding, Content,
& CreativeDirection - Oversee the development of the company's brandstrategy, ensuring consistency across all channels digital andoffline.

- Lead the creation of marketing collateral, includingsocial media, blogs, email campaigns, and paid media assets,ensuring all content aligns with brand guidelines and growthobjectives.
- Provide creative direction for all marketingmaterials, from website content to promotional ads, ensuring thatthe company's messaging resonates with target audiences.

6.Cross-Department Collaboration & Partnerships - Build andmaintain partnerships with strategic platforms and / or companies toenhance lead acquisition and brand awareness, evaluating theirperformance regularly.

- Collaborate with the sales team to ensureleads are nurtured through the funnel, helping the company closedeals effectively.

- Work closely with the tech team to ensure theplatform is aligned with marketing strategies, overseeing thetesting and approval of all tech-related projects to ensure optimalfunctionality.
- Support partnerships with third-party companies toensure high lead quality and conversion from these channels. 7.Performance Tracking & Budget Management - Own the marketingbudget, ensuring cost-effective spending across all campaigns andinitiatives.
- Lead monthly performance reviews, analyzing data onlead generation, conversion rates, campaign performance, and theoverall impact on revenue.
- Provide detailed reports on keymetrics and campaign ROI, using data-driven insights to informstrategic decisions and optimize marketing performance.
- Trackmonthly reports on overall marketing performance,
ensuring accuratedata analysis and proposing necessary adjustments to meet growthobjectives.

Requirements - Master's Degree in BusinessAdministration (MBA), Real Estate, or a related field. - 7-10 yearsof experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in the realestate or PropTech industry, focusing on residential real estatetransactions.

- Proven success in strategic marketing, withexperience in managing cross-functional teams and designingcomprehensive product-marketing strategies.
- Expertise in CRMsystems (Zoho, HubSpot), lead generation, data management, andconversion optimization. - Strong proficiency with AI-drivenmarketing tools and the ability to leverage automation and AI incustomer interactions and lead qualification.
- Experience in SEO,paid media, and organic growth strategies across various digitalplatforms (e.g., Google Ads, social media).
- Tech-savvy, with asolid understanding of UX / UI, CRM integrations, data flow, andplatform development. - Strong leadership skills, with the abilityto manage marketing budgets, track performance, and drive businessgrowth.
- Proven ability to collaborate with tech and sales teamsto ensure marketing efforts are fully integrated into the company'splatform and product development.
- Financial acumen and hands-onexperience managing marketing expenses and budgets, budgetforecasting and managing spend-to-revenue ratios.
- Exceptionalcommunication skills and ability to provide strategicrecommendations to senior leadership.
