We are seeking a detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator.
The successful candidate will play a critical role in developing, coordinating, and executing marketing campaigns.
You will work closely with the product and sales teams to understand customer behavior, track campaign performance, and provide actionable insights that will drive business growth.
Job Duties & Accountabilities: Social media management: Coordinate content strategy, briefs, scheduling, and performance analysis for social media.Digital Ads Campaigns: Develop strategies, manage briefs, schedule, monitor, and optimize digital ad campaigns.Campaign Performance Tracking: Monitor the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, including online and offline channels.
Create regular reports to show performance metrics like ROI, CPA, conversion rates, etc.Internal events: Set objectives, coordinate logistics, manage vendors, and provide digital support for internal events.Content Creation (Newsletters and Flyers -local): Generate content for newsletters and Agfa Radiology Insights; follow up and review news with KAM, create digital newsletters; manage their publication and promotion & coordinate the creation and design of weekly flyers to support sales and campaigns.Lead management: Manage and classify leads from digital sources & conduct monthly follow-up and report results.Forecasting & Budgeting: Assist in forecasting marketing spend and expected outcomes based on historical data and trends.
Help in optimizing the marketing budget for better ROI.Product Launches: Plan & coordinate product launch activities alongside sub-regional product specialists.Advertising & Promotion: Select vendors for advertising campaigns, aligning with product & sales objectives to ensure the content meets brand standards.Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales and product specialists, to align marketing strategies with business objectives.Education: Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in marketing, advertising, or communications.Required English language proficiency.Experience: 2-4 years of experience in marketing, digital, advertising, or related field.Experience in budgeting and forecasting.Experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns.Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.Experience in digital marketing, social media management, content creation, and writing.Specific Skills:Technical Skills: Proficient in Excel, Google Analytics, CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), data visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), and marketing automation platforms.Customer Focus.Communication & Teamwork: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.Creative and Innovative Thinking.Decision Making and Judgment.Problem Solving.Mediating and Negotiating.Development and Continual Learning.Attention to Detail: A keen eye for accuracy and detail in data analysis and reporting.
