Partnering in lock step with product and sales, marketing is in the forefront of formulating go-to-market strategy, new business model and cultivating differentiated customer experiences.The Marketing Business Strategy team is a newly created function, whose charter includes strategy and planning, and marketing operations and analytics.
The team's mission is to leverage strategic to inform GTM and marketing investment strategy, in service to company's growth outcome.Role & Responsibilities: ·Own the reporting for Sales Plays and integrated campaigns with end-to-end funnel view·Partner with web and digital marketing leadership to define and track web and digital performance KPIs·Develop and scale reporting capabilities in service to new outbound business development representatives (BDR) team.·Collect, analyze, and interpret raw marketing data from various sources (, web analytics, social media, email campaigns, events, CRM systems).·Develop and maintain marketing dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) for campaigns performance and sales plays by utilizing various data sources across multi-tier infrastructure of tools like Salesforce, Marketo, Bizible and Google Analytics.·Provide actionable insights and recommendations to optimize marketing strategies and improve ROI.·Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and align analytics efforts with marketing goals.·Assist marketing team in A/B testing and other experiments to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.·Ensure data accuracy and integrity by implementing best practices for data collection and analysis.·Support demand generation efforts by analyzing lead generation data and identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.Requirements ·Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field.·Proven experience in marketing analytics, data analysis, or a similar role.·Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (, Tableau, Power BI).·Experience working with Salesforce, Bizible, Google Analytics and marketing automation platforms like Marketo is a must.·Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.·Excellent time management, communication and presentation skills.·Ability to work independently and as part of a team.·Knowledge of digital marketing channels and strategies is a plus.·Ability to drive results and self-directed in today's virtual work environment.
