JOB DUCK IS HIRING A MARKETING ANALYST Job Duck is a virtual staffing company that matches candidates to work from home for a single U.S.-based business, in most cases a law firm. We are seeking a data-driven and strategic Marketing Analyst to join our dynamic team. The Marketing Analyst will play a critical role in optimizing our marketing efforts by analyzing data, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for turning data into strategic marketing decisions that drive business growth. Monthly Compensation: 1,400 USD Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: -Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various marketing channels (e.g., digital campaigns, social media, website traffic, CRM) to assess the effectiveness of marketing strategies. -Performance Reporting: Develop and maintain regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as lead generation, conversion rates, customer acquisition costs, and ROI. Present findings to the marketing team and other stakeholders. -Market Research: Design and conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive analysis. Use this data to inform marketing strategies and campaigns. -Campaign Optimization: Work closely with the marketing team to optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights. Provide recommendations for targeting, messaging, and channel selection to improve overall effectiveness. -Customer Segmentation: Analyze customer data to identify segments and develop targeted marketing strategies to reach specific audiences effectively. -Budget Management: Monitor marketing budgets and expenditures, ensuring that resources are allocated efficiently to maximize ROI. -Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and IT, to ensure alignment on goals, strategies, and data-sharing practices. -Tools & Technology: Utilize marketing analytics tools and software (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems, marketing automation platforms) to gather and analyze data. Requirements: -Bachelor?s degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field. A Master?s degree is a plus. -At least 4-6 years of experience in a Marketing Analyst role, preferably within the staffing or recruitment industry. -Strong proficiency in data analysis and interpretation, with a deep understanding of marketing metrics and KPIs. -Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Excel, CRM software, and marketing automation platforms.
