Job Description Job Overview:** We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Marketing Analyst to join our team at a prestigious luxury hotel in Bogotá.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for maximizing the hotel's visibility and attraction, as well as optimizing its market performance.
This role involves content development and management, campaign calendar review, e-commerce actions, market research, and results measurement.
  Qualifications Requirements:**    -Experience:** Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the luxury or hospitality sector.
   -Education:** Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
   -Skills:** Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English, ability to work in a dynamic environment, strong analytical skills, and experience with data analysis tools and digital marketing platforms, Adobe Suite - Office Tools - Social media ADS - Google Analitycs - Emailmarketing Tools Additional Information Responsibilities:**   1.
Content Development and Management:** - Content Creation:** Develop engaging and relevant content for various marketing channels, including the hotel's website, social media, blogs, and email marketing campaigns.
-Content Calendar:** Plan and maintain a content calendar to ensure a consistent and coherent presence across all platforms.
-Influencer Outreach:** Serve as the initial point of contact with potential influencers and foodies, promoting the property and building strategic relationships.

Calendar Review:** -Campaign Calendar:** Plan and review the marketing campaign calendar, ensuring all actions align with key hotel dates (events, peak seasons, etc.).
  3.
Monthly Work Planning:** -Planning:** Set monthly objectives and strategies, define priorities, assign and oversee tasks for the graphic designer.
-Review and Adjustments:** Monitor the progress of scheduled activities and adjust plans as needed to respond to market changes or hotel strategy shifts.

E-commerce Actions:**    -Online Channel Management:** Oversee and optimize the hotel's presence on booking platforms and OTAs (Online Travel Agencies), reviewing visual content and sales opportunities.
   -Data Analysis:** Analyze e-commerce performance data (conversions, click-through rates, etc.)
to identify improvement opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
   -Social Media Strategy:** Develop social media advertising strategies for specific events and hotel outlet promotions.

Market Research and Analysis:**    -Competitive Analysis:** Research and analyze competitors' marketing strategies to identify trends and market opportunities.
   -Customer Segmentation:** Study customer behavior and market segmentation to develop more effective marketing strategies.
  6.
Results Measurement and Reporting:**    -KPIs and Metrics:** Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and actions.
   -Reporting:** Prepare detailed reports for the Sales and Marketing management on campaign performance and marketing activity profitability.
