The company specializes in providing marketing franchise opportunities while maintaining strong thought leadership in the industry through their CEO's personal brand and The Marketing Agency Franchise platform.Job Description We're seeking a dual-role Marketing & Executive Assistant to support the CEO. This unique position combines hands-on marketing execution with high-level executive support. You'll drive marketing initiatives while ensuring the CEO's daily operations run smoothly. This role is perfect for someone who has both marketing expertise and exceptional organizational abilities, offering the opportunity to grow in both areas while making a significant impact in a growing marketing franchise.ResponsibilitiesMarketing Functions: Create and implement social media strategies across multiple platforms Develop engaging content for CEO's personal brand (katiebullon.com) including blogs and thought leadership pieces Execute email marketing campaigns and track performance Assist in creating and implementing marketing plans for both the CEO's personal brand and the franchise business Support the development of marketing materials and proposals Analyze marketing metrics and prepare performance reports Executive Support: Manage the CEO's calendar and coordinate team schedules Handle franchise lead management through Zoho CRM Process and qualify franchise inquiries Coordinate administrative and financial tasks Organize and maintain marketing documents and business communications Act as the CEO's right hand in daily operations RequirementsMarketing Experience: basic experience in digital marketing, content creation, and social media managementCRM Expertise: Experience with CRMs or similar systems for lead management (Zoho knowledge is an advantage but not required)Project Management: Proficiency in tools like ClickUp for task and project organizationAdmin Support Background: Experience in supporting senior leadership is a plusTechnical Skills: Proficiency in email marketing platforms and content management systemsCommunication: Excellent written and verbal skills for both marketing content and business correspondenceOrganization: Strong ability to manage multiple projects and prioritiesInitiative: Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and proactivelyAttention to Detail: Meticulous approach to both marketing materials and administrative tasks RequirementsMarketing Experience: basic experience in digital marketing, content creation, and social media management CRM Expertise: Experience with CRMs or similar systems for lead management (Zoho knowledge is an advantage but not required) Project Management: Proficiency in tools like ClickUp for task and project organization Admin Support Background: Experience in supporting senior leadership is a plus Technical Skills: Proficiency in email marketing platforms and content management systems Communication: Excellent written and verbal skills for both marketing content and business correspondence Organization: Strong ability to manage multiple projects and priorities Initiative: Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and proactively Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to both marketing materials and administrative tasks
