The Opportunity This position works out of our Bogotá in the Established Pharmaceuticals division. Primary Job Function: To lead market access core functions related to Biosimilars listing and reimbursement, Biosimilars commercial business performance, EPD portfolio pricing strategy and tactics for LATAM, supervise and propose HEOR studies/activities, look for all High Specialty portfolio in LATAM including Oncology and Vaccines. Our broad portfolio of high-quality and differentiated branded generic medicines reaches across multiple therapeutic areas including gastroenterology, women's health, cardiometabolic, pain management/central nervous system, and respiratory. Manages within the Market Access sub-function to develop a strategy for building and maintaining market access inside the Geographic scope and country-level operation. Develop the strategy for the High Specialty products including Vaccines, Oncologic molecules, and Biosimilars. What You'll Do Build and implement the Market access strategy for EPD's existing and future portfolio. Lead the Institutional Business for Biosimilars, Oncology, and vaccination products in LATAM. Work as the connection point between the global team and the region. Responsible for securing reimbursement for products through timely preparation of submissions, effective understanding of local processes, and networking with key stakeholders. Organize and implement accurate customer segmentation for LATAM countries. Required Qualifications Market Access or related fields, Master in Economics or Business administration. Fluent in English (writing and speaking). Preferred Qualifications Minimum 6+ years' experience in a Market Access or Marketing LATAM regional position or relevant countries in scope. Marketing and commercial knowledge experience is a plus. Fluent in English and Spanish. MBA is a plus.
