TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Support the pricing manager in the consolidation of the pricing strategy of the Cardiorenal Portfolio in the PACA countries, ensuring its compliance, monitoring, and control.
Generate activities or strategies that allow the high clinical value of the portfolio in charge to be reflected through its price.
Actively participate in the identification, analysis, and impact of the different administrative acts and their updating which could affect the business.
Ensure a first level of engagement with Key Opinion Leaders and Key Actors of the Health System.
Support MACs (Market Access Team) in identifying access and reimbursement mechanisms for the Cardiorenal portfolio.
Accompany Sales and Access managers in consolidating the access and reimbursement strategy for the products in the nodes under their responsibility.
Support the Access and commercial leads of the countries in the construction of comprehensive strategies aligned with the needs and drivers of the different actors.
Lead the definition of the company's bidding and negotiation strategy, articulating the needs of the actors with the decision drivers.
Develop a first level of engagement with local, regional, and global access actors allowing the development of key objectives and actions for the franchise.
Ensure a close relationship with TA Heads, Franchise Leaders, Brand Managers, and Medical Teams by articulating comprehensive access and reimbursement strategies aligned with the franchises' objectives.
WHO YOU ARE
University degree (Medical Doctor, Business Administrator, Economist, or Administrative professions), with knowledge of Health Economy, Access projects and strategies, as well as early access programs, and also trained in negotiation.
At least 5 years of Market Access or Pharmaceutical Access experience.
Advanced level of English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
Demonstrated leadership strength to successfully work across functional and geographic boundaries, preferably across multiple countries/market types/access models.
Proven ability to clearly define access questions/problems and develop potential solutions and frameworks to apply across market archetypes.
Confirmed talent to approach and engage external organizations ranging from big companies to startups in meaningful discussions with the goal of a future potential collaboration.
Resourceful at influencing individuals across a wide variety of functions, especially in Commercial, Market Access, Pricing, Finance, and Access Policy.
