Responsibilities Lead and execute a project Define strategies based on the KPI's performance Maintain BMM standards, coach and train the associates Implement lean thinking principles Minimum Requirements +4 years of experience in Manufacturing (PGL Knowledge)+2 years of experience in Projects, new launches (release new lines), Industrialization projects English, able to maintain a conversation with customers Problem Solving techniques, Shainin as preference (preference Journeyman) SAP knowledge (manufacturing, logistics, purchasing) Knowledge in process optimization (able to read drawings, define process release, tooling definition)#J-18808-Ljbffr
