Pay Grade: EX5 Work Style: Onsite Responsibilities Responsibilities include Production/Manufacturing Operations Management, direct and oversee Production Execution operational standards/changes including parts manufacturing, cost analysis, and schedules. Direct supervision and performance/accountability monitoring of associates. Monitor productivity performance and establish operational countermeasures to meet business objectives. Execution management for mid-range to long-term strategic business planning, annual budget planning, and performance analysis, organizational development, policy, and procedure development. Qualifications REQUIREMENTS: 10 years' experience in a production manufacturing environment. 7 years' management experience. Experience in establishing mid to long-range business plans and establishing annual operating budgets. Extensive production and prototyping technical knowledge. Familiarity with development and test processes. Knowledge of prototype machining, castings, and treatment processes. Strong budget control and result-oriented skills. Knowledge of quality control standards and inventory control processes. Ability to develop and modify production schedules. Minimum 10 years of experience setting targets and goals, effectively applying SMART principles, and making decisions that impact the company's competitive position and product. Follows up, monitors, and controls the efficiency of the project. Minimum 10 years of experience in providing creative solutions to diverse and complex problems reflecting a high degree of understanding while recognizing short and long-term department needs and developing plans to fulfill these needs. Understanding of Quality Assurance inspection and measurement methods. Understanding of assembly and teardown techniques. Experience making difficult decisions benefiting the associates/company. Experience mentoring and teaching effective technical and performance management techniques. Proven ability to communicate information effectively both verbally and in written form to a wide variety of audiences. Previous experience working in a fast-paced, time-critical, and sensitive environment. Ability to instill teamwork and be effective across international, cultural, and linguistic boundaries.
