Key Responsibilities Sales Support: Provide 24/7 assistance to sales teams for deal flow operations. Complex Quotation Building: Collaborate with sales teams to create complex quotations based on existing pricing models and deal structures. Contract Management: Ensure timely contract booking and order creation in compliance with financial guidelines. Metrics Analysis: Assist business operations and finance teams in interpreting complex transactions, producing audit documentation, and analyzing deal metrics for recurring revenue and total contract value. Process Optimization: Enhance order management processes to ensure compliance with financial regulations such as ASC606 and SOX404. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work across departments at all levels to support seamless sales operations. Team Management: Train sales and operations teams on quoting and order management processes while overseeing a team handling over 5,000 transactions monthly. Qualifications Education & Experience: 3+ years managing order/quote management and deal desk teams. 3+ years training sales teams on order management processes. 2+ years hiring and managing teams. 3+ years leading cross-company CRM and systems integrations. Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM, ERP, and Office suite tools, particularly Salesforce.com, Salesforce CPQ, NetSuite, Jira, Zendesk, and Microsoft Office 365. Advanced reporting skills in Salesforce.com, Microsoft Excel, and Power BI. Business Acumen: Strong understanding of financial compliance rules such as ASC606 and SOX404, with experience in cross-functional roles. Other Skills: Fully bilingual in Spanish and English. Strong organizational skills and a proactive problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced environments. Willingness to travel domestically and internationally for events and training.
