Position : Manager QC and Training

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES : Lead QC and Training departments, assigning tasks and guiding review processes for continuous improvement.Ensure activities meet regulatory standards, evaluate program effectiveness, and identify areas for improvement.Align team activities with KPIs, reduce defects through training and QC monitoring.Develop and implement quality processes, analyze trends, and drive service improvements.Manage performance, feedback, and budget for QC and Training staff, ensuring compliance with standards.Approve reports, present quality/training updates, and address complex cases.Assist in creating review plans and proactively identify process improvements.Model culture, collaborate with HR and departments, and ensure compliance with policies.Oversee recruitment, training, and performance management of QC and Training teams.REQUIREMENTS : Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Quality Management, Educational Training, or related field (Master's preferred).Advanced proficiency in English, both written and spoken.Relevant certifications in quality management, training, or leadership (e.g., ISO 9001, Certified Trainer).Extensive experience in quality monitoring, training, and leadership roles.Proven ability to manage QC and training departments, preferably in iGaming or similar industries.Strong knowledge of quality standards, training methodologies, and industry regulations.Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools.Exceptional leadership, team management, and cross-functional project experience.Strong strategic planning, problem-solving, and continuous improvement skills.Resilient and adaptable in managing challenges within QC and training.BENEFITS : Competitive Salary with bonus opportunities based on performance.Paid Training to familiarize with the company's high standards and procedures.Private Health Insurance for comprehensive medical coverage.Opportunities to advance within a global tech company.
