Responsibilities: You will work and communicate with LATAM & different affiliate departments to align the strategic and tactical direction of your brand.You will develop omni-channel strategy and plans, implement/execute marketing tactics consistent with the overall brand strategy.You will contribute as a part of the marketing team to inspire the whole affiliate within Team Lilly expectations to achieve our purpose with the highest integrity.Qualifications: Bachelor´s degree4+ years of marketing experience as brand manager/associate or related responsibility.2+ years of commercial experience.2+ years of experience on strategic planning.Proven cross-functional partnering capabilities, particularly with Sales, Medical and Commercial teams.Proven ability in building strong business relationships with Key Oncology stakeholders in the industry.Technical marketing competencies in key areas related to Omni Channel Engagement – brand positioning/strategy/creative campaigns, segmentation, messaging/content strategy, channel mix, creating and running omni-channel executional campaigns, marketing mix measurement, marketing operations, social media.Business Case and Alternative Access Programs design and development.Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English.Proficient computer skills (teams, excel, PBI, word and PowerPoint)Additional (desirable) Skills/Preferences: MBA or MasterCompetencies, Skills and Required Knowledge: Bold Leadership: Proven ability to partner with and lead others towards a common goal (particularly in cross-functional collaboration with non-Lilly employees, decision making and leading without authority).PersuasionTeam player.Measured Risk Taking and innovation: Proven track record of pursuing non-conventional ways to meet customer needs and enhance the customer experience.Project Management: Ability to manage detailed, complex projects and planning.Business acumen skills: Budget management, strategic tradeoffs, development, and monitoring of lead measures.Strategic thinking and commercial acumen.Ability to thrive in a high pressure and ambiguous environment.Clear understanding of the promotional rules of engagement and how we communicate with our customers in LATAM.
