Job Summary: The Manager, Marketing & Communications LATAM, is responsible for developing and executing regional marketing and communications strategies for all owned markets in Latin America. Working closely with the global marketing team, this role will be responsible for tailoring global initiatives for the region to generate brand awareness and will be responsible for managing strategic communications that creatively represent the brand, clearly articulate business messages, and emotionally engage stakeholders. Reporting to the VP & Regional Managing Director, the Manager, Marketing & Communications LATAM, also has a dotted reporting line into the Manager, Global Brand Marketing. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Work with the Global Marketing team and LATAM leadership to define marketing strategy based on regional business objectives and execute plan while supporting global marketing initiatives. Manage timelines and workflows for regional marketing projects and provide monthly reporting of marketing objectives met and projects completed. Assist with various PR and digital activity including media relations, social media efforts, industry event participation and award submissions. Research, write, produce and manage marketing content and internal communications that are engagement-focused and results-oriented. Develop creative campaigns to showcase key value propositions, services, etc. Collaborate with Global Marketing team on strategic initiatives to drive awareness and understanding of our brand. Execute and manage strategic, integrated communications plan covering both internal and external channels. Manage, produce, and align executive communications as needed (presentations, media responses, internal communications, etc.) working very closely with the Managing Director, LATAM and additional senior leadership team members. Turning business concepts into creative, engaging campaigns. Conceptualizing and developing communications and skilled at storytelling to support marketing and business objectives. Building and fostering stakeholder relationships as the internal brand ambassador and empowering other internal brand champions. Working well under deadline and efficiently managing competing priorities. Adapting to change and direction as global business strategy adjusts to market and customer demands. Communicating with and guiding executive leaders to ensure messaging alignment. Working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven and highly collaborative environment. Education / Knowledge / Experience: Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, public relations, advertising, or related field. 4+ years relevant work experience. Excellent command of the English language. Experience leading a team. Experience in a multinational marketing or communications organization. Excellent oral, written and presentation communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Knowledge of creative design tools specifically Adobe Creative Suite. Preferred: Fluency in a second major language. Experience with working on projects. Knowledge of graphic design and video editing tools. Experience in the meetings & events industry.
