Location: Santacruz, MH, IN Company: Lupin Job Description: Driving institution wide and customized interventions centrally / at locations. Must be able to drive training programs (build content & deliver the programs). Must be able to meet and interact with stakeholders to understand training needs. Drive induction program. Must leverage technology/digitize learning to scale up the reach of learning interventions. Creating a branding for various initiatives through communication and journals. Participating in awards and contests for external recognition. Must have facilitated training programs for junior level and middle managers. Relevant Work Experience: 10 to 12 Years.
