Job Description:Driving institution wide and customized interventions centrally / at locations.Must be able to drive training programs (build content & deliver the programs).Must be able to meet and interact with stakeholders to understand training needs.Drive induction program.Must leverage technology/digitize learning to scale up the reach of learning interventions.Creating a branding for various initiatives through communication and journals.Participating in awards and contests for external recognition.Must have facilitated training programs for junior level and middle managers.Relevant Work Experience:10 to 12 Years.
Education Qualification:MBA HR with Certifications preferred.
