Understanding and controlling technical discussions with the ability to ask the correct questions to find the root causes of problems and unblocking stuck engineers. Being ultimately responsible for the quality of the delivered features by devising procedures and tools to ensure their correctness at every step of the development. Ensuring that the communication for both projects and processes is concise and reaches all relevant people when it has to. Maintaining an environment of collective responsibility through well-oiled processes and ceremonies that systematically aim to reduce the probability and severity of errors. Foreseeing possible future problems long before they take place and actively working on reducing or eliminating their impact. Actively questioning the status quo, generating ideas, building consensus, and aligning with stakeholders to do things better.
