This team is responsible for helping customers serviced by HubSpot's Scaled Customer Success Team to navigate all of their billing, contract, and renewal inquiries.
As a Manager on our Scaled Contract Management Team, you will be responsible for hiring, training, coaching, and managing a team of new and established Contract Managers in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.
We are looking for someone that is effective, adaptable, flexible and analytical.
As our customer base continues to grow, the Contract Management team is tasked with creating the optimal path to helping our customers grow through both their contract terms and the use of HubSpot's software platform while also ensuring their current growth strategy extends into the future.
In this role, you'll get to: Lead a team of Contract Managers who are responsible for overseeing and processing any contract and billing questions for a high volume of customersManage day-to-day operations, goal setting, career development, performance management, and the growth of team membersBuild strong working relationships with other managers, directors and executives across the businessProactively identify areas for innovation and improvement within the Contract Management Team and drive collaborative developments within our existing playbooksAnalyze customer and performance data to make informed decisions about operational and procedural changesServe as a coach and a leader, helping to develop the skills of your team so they are able to achieve their metrics and career goalsMaximize efficiency in a constantly changing and growing environment where the process is fluid and creative and unique solutions are desiredWe're looking for people who have: Passion and commitment for helping customers succeed and grow with HubSpotClear history of coaching and developing individual contributorsStrong analytical skills to identify team trends and patterns to drive resultsFamiliarity of interaction between contracts, terms of service and legal requirementsClear and articulate communication skills with the ability to effectively drive a negotiationPhenomenal organizational skills and attention to detail with a track record of driving efficienciesExperience navigating and resolving customer escalationsAbility to communicate effectively in small and large groupsIntellectual curiosity and a resourceful approach to problem solvingPassion for helping individual performers meet their personal and professional goalsPersonal responsibility to achieve team goals1-5 years of management experience is preferred, but not requiredCash compensation range: 202,800,000.00 - 246,154,000.00 COP, OTE, Annually
