Title and Summary Manager, Consumer Marketing Position Summary: This position will manage and implement marketing strategies, activities and processes related to all segments and products. It will be in charge of creating strategic value to Consumers (Consumer advocate) guaranteeing full integration with other country priorities. The role requires understanding product experiences and translating them into marketing programs. Responsibilities include defining segment strategies with a complete value proposition for each product/segment, establishing targets, measuring results (supported by the planning group), and interfacing with all areas, mainly products, PR, and Cardholder solutions. Main Responsibilities: Market and consumer understanding, looking for opportunities to increase the business. Specific products & segments competitive analysis (supporting Planning area). B2C marketing program ideation, execution, supervision, and provision of results. Full strategy & communication programs for products or segments (B2C, B2B, or B2B2C). Create value from each US$ invested, as well as keeping forecast control. Implement the Marketing initiatives with time commitment and quality assurance with the support of promotional agencies.
