ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY… This position will work in the GBS organization under the Billing Services umbrella helping to oversee and manage the rental billing process for storage billing within NA Crozier Fine Arts.
The role is heavily focused on managing rental billing execution, process, adjustments, and identifying improvement opportunities through collaboration with the other Crozier Fine Arts functional teams.
Monthly duties are around the on-time close of the billing modules for accurate revenue recognition, testing and certifying all current controls within the Billing processes and systems.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES… Complete monthly billing close accurately and on-time for proper AR and revenue recognition.
Staff the appropriate team size to manage the existing and forecasted volume of billing exceptions.
Maintain all documented controls in focus for the NA Crozier billing space.
Influence process and people decisions.
Support new billing system/process rollouts.
Identify automation opportunities within NA Crozier Fine Arts rental billing for in-team deployment opportunities.
Support complex billing inquiries coming in from customer-facing team members (Sales, CARE, Collections, Disputes) from a SME perspective, both directly and through team member deployments.
Reporting responsibilities related to monthly transactional outputs (volumes, dollars) for systematic invoices, manual invoices, credits/rebills.
Support team member training and coaching.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS… Ability to lead a team that supports a diverse range of skills and expertise.
Extreme comfort in Excel or Sheets reviewing and analyzing large data sets.
Strong communication skills, up and down the organization.
Continuous improvement mindset.
