The role: As a Management Assistant at ICON, your job is essential in LATAM regional support across all divisions (IBT, IPD, IOD, IDC), supporting the regional leadership governance meetings and actions, capabilities & country input for sales/PM/Feasibility/SSU, etc. This is a role that responds to the special requirement and needs for the region to have a governance and oversight that helps the global services be able to receive information on LATAM and respond to growth in the region. For clinical operations, this support includes quality and compliance follow-up with the regional Management team. For the VP Clinical Operations & LATAM head, this role also includes support with logistics in the governance and follow-up with regional Sponsors, internal CTM/SAL/SSU/Managers Monthly Project reviews & Site Heads, participation in global process improvement initiatives, etc. The support activities also include onboarding updates, engagement communications (newsletters, new hire communications) and active organization to support Employee Engagement Program activities in the region and support our VP Clinical Operations & LATAM as Chair in the Steering Committee for the program. Moreover, you will provide regular administrative updates of capabilities of the region, slides, regulatory and project focus slides updates by working with the different departments to consolidate information and ensure efficient use and response of data to the global and regional organization. You will need: Previous experience in Clinical Operations (remote or on-site clinical monitoring experience ideal). Advanced English level (oral and written) – mandatory. Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills with the ability to interact with all levels of management and staff. Ability to prioritize, multi-task and work independently in an extremely fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Motivated, critical and analytical thinking, willingness to learn and proactivity to propose new ideas and improvements in newsletters, communications and systems usage. Strong computer skills (MS Office). Ability to undertake tasks with minimal supervision. This is an office-based role, attending the office 3 times/week (60/40 attendance scheme).
