This position is responsible for providing on-site pool cleaning and pool maintenance services to each customer they are assigned.
This includes following our proven pool cleaning methods, handling pool chemicals in a controlled and safe manner, following all established protocols, and sharing lessons learned with the rest of our team.
Responsibilities: Manage a swimming pool route that includes the cleaning of swimming pools each week.
Manage a stocking of chemicals on the truck and properly adjust the water chemistry for each pool each week.
Utilize a smartphone for our Pool Ops mobile platform.
Spot equipment repair needs and communicate those needs to the office.
Requirements: A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
No felony convictions (must pass a criminal background check).
The ability to lift up to 100 lbs.
High school diploma.
Hours: The work week will consist of 30-50 hours with some weekend work.
Bonus: This position has the potential of earning an annual bonus by the company when specific gross revenue goals are met for the year.
Depending on how many pools you have serviced during a pay period, there will be an additional bonus.
Benefits: A company truck will be provided, which you keep fully stocked with tools and chemicals.
Paid vacation will be received following a qualifying period.
Salary: Based on experience and knowledge, pay will range from $11-$15 an hour.
