The Maintenance Coordinator is responsible for leading the work team as well as the overall maintenance of the company's assets, ensuring process continuity through the availability of machinery, equipment, and services.
Plans and directs the approaches, improvements, and activities that ensure that the processes and areas (production and non-production) efficiently, effectively, and safely meet the objectives of his/her field of management.
Key responsibilities Manage the financial, material, and human resources of the area in charge.Ensure that the team in charge complies with quality, safety, and organizational culture processes.Coordinate with the Manufacturing Engineering area the actions for the optimization of the assets.Directly support the Maintenance Supervisor in making decisions that require his participation.Statistical study and analysis of performance indicators to generate control and improvement actions that have a positive and direct impact on production processes.Implement total productive maintenance techniques for each piece of equipment.Train and/or coordinate the training of the personnel in charge.Manage and coordinate assigned personnel.Develop the annual program of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance of the area in charge.Coordinate with the purchasing department the acquisition of parts and spare parts requested.Responsible for the prevention of machinery and equipment failures.Collaboration with the rest of the areas of the organization to achieve objectives.Active participation in the Annual Physical Inventory.What we're looking for Grade: Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical, Industrial, Mechatronics or related career.Time of experience in similar position: 5 years or more in similar position.Technical knowledge required: Electrical Installations, Mechanics, Pneumatics, Hydraulics, Electrical Control, Industrial Machinery Maintenance / TPM, General Services, Predictive Maintenance, RCM, Statistical Maintenance Control, Problem Analysis and Solution, ISO 14001, Industrial Safety Systems and Environmental Ecology, Environmental Regulations, Industrial Safety and Hygiene, NOM's.
