Role Summary: A Rotary Equipment and Basic Machine Assembler will perform routine tasks (Deburring, Grinding, Balancing and Assembly). This position is also responsible for performing operational tasks following established processes.
Responsibilities: Operate basic equipment and machines and perform routine tasks.Carry out operational tasks following established processes.Follow basic mandatory work instructions to safeguard the environment and the welfare of self and others.Follow mandatory procedures to ensure work is carried out to the required quality standards.Exchange information with people through courteous interactions.Other duties as assigned.Requirements: Technologist or technician in Industrial Mechanics/similar with 5+ years of relevant experience.Experience in operating basic equipment and machines.Knowledge of metrology.Knowledge of ISO Standards.Effective verbal communication skills to express ideas and request actions.Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize activities to efficiently meet business objectives.Understanding of policies and procedures while ensuring alignment with organizational strategies.Applies concepts to manage and implement safe systems of work.Works to optimize utilization of shop floor, equipment, and materials.Flowserve is a world-leading manufacturer and aftermarket service provider of comprehensive flow control systems.
