As an LTL Operations Support , you will analyze, interpret data, and provide logistics information to aid cost-effective, efficient, timely, and high-quality logistics solutions.
Some of your responsibilities are but are not limited to: Manage LTL dispatch operations with a focus on efficient scheduling and coordination.
Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Assist in pricing strategies to optimize profitability and competitiveness.
Collaborate with team members to resolve logistical challenges and enhance service efficiency.

Minimum requirements: Studies: High School Degree is required .
Desirable (but not required) studies in International Business, Business Administration, Foreign Languages, Foreign Trade, Marketing or Logistics related.
Other studies are also considered.
Experience: At least 1+ year of experience working in the Logistics industry, especially in LTL shipping.
Language: Very good English skills.
B2+ or higher is required.
Perks: Schedule: Monday to Friday from 6:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., or 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., following the American Calendar.
Contract: Indefinite term contract.
Location: Only for Colombia .
This position will be remote.
