What you'll do as Client Loyalty Specialist? Support our ecommunications commercial account. Provide excellent service by being a good listener and having commercial skills attracting and persuading. Work with confidential customer information, while treating it sensitively. Aim to resolve interactions on a first contact by being proactive, patient, and understanding. Who are you? An advanced English speaker who's empathetic, responsible, and proactive. An interaction expert with a commercial profile. A good listener who likes helping others by recognizing customer needs.
