British American Tobacco Colombia has an exciting opportunity for a Logistics Supply Chain Manager (Secondary) in Bogota. Your key responsibilities will include: Leads with the field team any outstanding situations that may arise in the distribution and cross docking activity (e.g. sales peaks, planned market exits, etc.) through efficient planning and execution. Supervise all cross docking, transportation and product distribution operations, ensuring that the high level of quality is achieved at a regional level, respecting BAT policies and standards. Ensure implementation of all specific supply chain actions to support branding or trade marketing activities. Lead and implement continuous improvement initiatives for Distribution processes and the efficiency of Supply Chain processes. Ensures that national distribution and cross dock operations objectives are met for the entire End Market. Monitors with the Last Mile Delivery team KPI reports and financial performance; actively interacts with all relevant people and departments to improve the efficiency of the supply chain within BAT. Guarantee the efficient and effective implementation of distribution activities to ensure a high level of customer and consumer satisfaction. Evaluates materials and activities based on field reports and reports from BAT logistics service providers and presents new proposals for the development and efficiency of logistics and distribution operations, in accordance with the strategy established in the Supply Chain function. What are we looking for? Professional experience in the FMCG industry of at least 5 years in Logistics, Secondary Supply Chain, Trade Marketing or Route to Market. Experience in the activity of direct and/or indirect distribution and the activity of managing Cross Docking points. Knowledge of logistics operations and product distribution operations. Higher education studies completed. English B2+ Communicative, strong ability to influence and able to work in teams. Very good ability to plan activities and analyze them; able to make decisions quickly; high reaction speed in unforeseen situations; creative and with initiative. WHY JOIN BAT?
